We're expanding Multiple part-time roles across the country available, including Atlanta, DFW, Austin, Chicago and Boston.

We're looking to hire as soon as possible with the opportunity to transition into full-time in April depending on monthly quota performance.


Resident Engagement Coordinator
The Resident Engagement Coordinator cultivates, innovates, and sustains successful resident engagement programs. Job functions include but are not limited to building effective relationships with residents and program partners.

Enrolling residents in various programs, tracking and reporting data efficiently, and facilitating events on varied sites such as Resident Counsil Meetings.

Ultimately, the REC serves as an advocate and pioneer for our programs and is committed to ensuring residents have access to them


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve dynamic, effective outcomesbased resident programs and services to meet community demand
  • Create and conduct marketing, speaking engagements and outreach activities within the community
  • Create surveys to determine the effectiveness of programing offered to your specific residents
  • Organize and maintain all program records, produce monthly and/or quarterly reports to appropriate funding and monitoring agencies
  • Maintain and upload daily logs of communication with residents in alignment to our data entry protocols
  • Develop, maintain, and implement ongoing access to resources available within the community particularly for low
- and moderate-income individuals and families

  • Effective communication skills verbal, written, presentation

  • Ability to build relationships quickly and authentically

  • An orientation towards problemsolving
- experience identifying root causes and developing results-oriented solutions

  • Strong organizational and technical skills with ZOOM, Microsoft, Excel, Canva and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated experience working in collaboration with others to affect change
  • Ability to proactively problem solve and communicate barriers that may arise

Resident Engagement Officer Job Requirements:


  • Bilingual (English, Spanish and or Portuguese)
  • Property management or social work background preferred
  • Pass a criminal background check and drug test
  • Organized, learns fast, selfdisciplined, and able to multitask
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence
  • Parttime work schedule may include weekends or late evenings required based on scheduled events
  • Proficient in written and verbal English
  • Must be able to manage others such as volunteers
  • Computer experience and ability touse or learn to use software programs
  • Relevant experience in education, social work, nonprofit or a related field
  • Associate degree required, Bachelors degree preferred
  • Must be able to meet program quotas monthly
  • Looking for individuals located in Framingham, MA
  • Hybrid work environment with 90% local travel required
  • Must have reliable transportation
