The BoB Planning and Management GmbH is part of the real estate companies of the BoB Group, a renowned property developer and project developer with a strong presence in the development of Berlin.

In cooperation and partnership with a publicly listed major corporation from Munich, we create creative and unique residential and commercial properties in prime locations.

We develop, plan, build, modernize, manage, and sell technically and architecturally complex properties.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Construction Manager (m/f/d) starting in January 2023.


Your responsibilities:


  • Taking over construction management for demanding construction projects
  • Steering and monitoring the construction site team and subcontractors
  • Ensuring necessary occupational safety and quality standards
  • Handling construction site correspondence
  • Controlling construction execution in terms of specifications, costs, deadlines, and quality
  • Participating in construction meetings
  • Defect management
  • Quality monitoring and documentation

What you need:


  • Successfully completed degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
  • At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in the field of historic building renovation
  • Enthusiasm and passion for project development
  • Independent and conscientious work, as well as professional competence
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Knowledge of all relevant technical regulations
  • Enthusiasm for intelligent details and constructions
  • Willingness to work independently
