International Foresight & Concept Manager (F3) (m/w/d)

YOUR CHALLENGE

One of your main goals is to develop a systematic trend management system to identify international opportunities and relevant future developments for the Hochland Group

You understand early signals and trends that may be relevant for Hochland and, together with your colleagues from the Foresight Analysis department and international colleagues, derive relevant food concepts from them

In the first step, you will qualify an external partner for a systematic trend management tool (STM): You will develop a framework for the application of the STM and establish its group-wide use. This will take into account all perspectives of the group, including business units, as well as the perspectives of the technology and engineering departments

As part of your responsibilities, you will also be responsible for the development of international product concepts

You will implement various new methods and develop an internationally applicable process for future concept development (prototype)

As a result of international collaboration, you will present concrete product platforms that include relevant insights from consumers, customers, and shoppers. A corresponding conceptual business model will already take into account initial technological aspects, a first product specification, and a "start-up" action plan with possible milestones for the subsequent project phase
