Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Area Supervisor to join our team. As an Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple pool locations within the Conroe and Willis area.
Your main objective will be to ensure the smooth operation of each facility, create a positive culture, and supervise lifeguards.
This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication and relationship skills.
The Blue Water team will provide ample support to ensure a smooth running and enjoyable summer season for all employees.
Duties:
- Manage and Supervise multiple Lifeguarded pool locations within the assigned area
- Conduct monthly inservice
- Conduct daily visits to each lifeguarded facility in your assigned area
- Handle patron complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment for lifeguards.
Qualifications:
- Leadership experience in the lifeguarding/pool industry is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively

Pay:
From $15.00 per hour
Experience:
- Lifeguard: 2 years (preferred)
