Duties:

• Assist healthcare professionals with patient examinations and procedures
• Record patient medical history, vital signs, and other relevant information
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and wellstocked
• Administer basic life support measures when necessary
• Perform medical administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coding procedures
• Provide patient education on medical conditions, treatments, and medications
• Collect and process laboratory specimens as needed
• Maintain strict adherence to patient confidentiality guidelines
• Assist with inventory management of medical supplies

Experience:

• Previous experience working as a Back Office Medical Assistant or similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and coding procedures
• Familiarity with basic life support techniques
• Proficient in taking accurate vital signs measurements
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
