Inspector, Manufacturing Operator - Green Fab Screen Printer


Manufacturing operators are responsible for processing materials through the screen print process as well as using mechanical presses. Operations include via filling, bore coating, metalizing, lamination and punching. Process documentation, drawings, visual aids and one-on-one training will be provided. Operators are responsible for maintaining cleaning protocol in the green fab daily and weekly. All safety requirements must be followed. Training fellow employees may be required. All EPI employees will be trained to understand and support the Quality Management System.


Tasks:

• Use a microscope with a reticle
• Read and follow written directions on process docs, work instructions, test plans
• Read part drawings
• Take verbal and written direction
• Work independently as well as in a team environment
• Interact directly with Management, Engineering and fellow employees
• Work in a "clean room" environment must wear booties and hairnet, wear lint free clothing
• Work with metalization pastes, and cleaning solutions

Skills and Requirements:

• Understand EPI processing and the Quality Management System
• Ability to speak and read English
• Mechanical aptitude
• Work environment requires standing
• Lift 20 lbs.

Full time, first shift
