    Description

    • Responsible for coordinating collection activities with our internal legal department, finance and our external collection agency.
    • Ensuring commission statements are accurate and processed and paid each month.
    • Working with team to identify and apply cash that isn't easily applied.
    • Ensure accounts are written off following guidelines and amounts are reconciled with finance department. At least annually review guidelines and suggest changes based on prior year results.
    • Prepare monthly and quarterly analysis on collections and write offs as needed.
    • Meet various month end and quarter end due dates.
    • Complete scheduled work on time and accurately and serve as a backup for other team members.
    • Participate in projects that cross the department on behalf of the AR team.
    • Proactively resolve internal and external customer questions about direct bill accounts, acting as first point of contact when issues arise.
    • Identify ways to improve efficiency while positively impacting Coaction.
