    The Trade Compliance Analyst role at Doosan Bobcat focuses on supporting the Trade Compliance program, particularly in North America. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, conducting free trade analysis, classifying items, and creating metrics to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. This position is crucial in enhancing the value of the Trade Compliance function within the organization.

    This position is available in West Fargo, ND; Minneapolis, MN; or Statesville, NC. It offers a flexible hybrid work setup, allowing you to split your time between the office and home.

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Manage the central inbox for internal and external customers.
    • Review trade compliance holds for export shipments.
    • Proactively classify items for HTS and ECCN.
    • Support the free trade program by issuing certificates and ensuring supplier compliance.
    • Analyze and make determinations for Buy America/American Act.
    • Compile reports to present regular metrics on Trade Compliance.

    Job Requirements:

    • Education Required: Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Certified Customs Specialist/Certified Export Specialist is a plus.
    • Experience Required: 2-5 years.
    • Travel Required: <10%.
    • Required Skills: In-depth understanding of trade-related topics, critical thinking, research and analytical skills, interpersonal and communication skills, detail-oriented, and proficiency in MS Office.
    • Preferred Skills: Trade compliance experience in manufacturing, ACE proficiency, familiarity with Trade Compliance software.
