Administrative Assistant for Construction Equipment and Vehicle Fleet (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:


  • Management of construction equipment and vehicle fleet
  • Monitoring of inspection requirements and repair measures
  • Coordination of vehicles
  • Collaboration with management, workshop, and storage space
  • Coordination of equipment and machinery for construction sites
  • Procurement of replacement vehicles
  • Interface to the car workshop, coordination with the workshop manager
  • Invoice verification for selected categories
  • Management of insurances (car and liability)
  • Preparation of inventory
  • Twice a week drive to the workshop

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training, e.g. industrial clerk, construction consultant for DIY stores, technician)
  • Experience in the administration of construction equipment, machinery, or similar
  • Basic technical understanding of equipment
  • Negotiation skills in German
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Experience with equipment management, logistics, archive programs, etc.
  • Class 3/B driver's license
  • Affinity for IT
  • Precise and structured way of working
  • Good communication skills and assertiveness
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Good organizational skills
