    **The Construction Project Engineer Role at Summit Engineering and Construction**

    The Construction Project Engineer (CPE) plays a crucial role in ensuring that construction projects are completed safely, with high-quality, on time, and within budget. They are responsible for effective communication with project stakeholders, solving problems, and supporting the project team both in the office and on-site.

    Responsibilities:

    • Programming Phase
    • Understand and document client requirements
    • Define project scope of work
    • Determine layout constraints
    • Investigate code and permit requirements
    • Create site and plan drawings
    • Develop budgets and timelines
    • Refine scope of work in Design Phase

    Expectations & Objectives:

    • Demonstrate commitment to safety and quality
    • Support project planning and execution
    • Collaborate with different teams
    • Proactively solve problems

    Essential Functions:

    • Collaborate with various stakeholders
    • Identify and resolve issues
    • Support project safety and quality control
    • Review project scope and drawings
    • Participate in design reviews

    - Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline

    - 0-5 years of experience as a Project Engineer

    - Strong problem-solving skills

    - Excellent interpersonal skills

    - Efficient task and time management
