    Job Duties Include but not limited to:

    • Working closely with National Project Manager on daily basis while participating in company operations.
    • Reviewing and filter shortlisted applications for potential new hires nationwide.
    • Assist in interviewing applicants and confer with senior-level management on hiring process.
    • Participating in multi-state work trips whenever necessary.
    • Being in charge of debt control.
    • Ensuring company policies are followed.
    • Optimizing profits by controlling costs.
    • Participating in hiring process, training, and developing new employees nationwide.
    • Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction.
    • Maintaining an overall management style that follows company best practices.
    • Providing leadership and direction to all employees when needed.
    • Ensuring product quality and availability.
    • Assisting (potential) customers whenever is needed.
    • Ensuring a consistent standard of customer service.
    • Organizing employee schedule.
    • Taking disciplinary action when necessary.
    • Motivating employees and ensuring a focus on the mission.
    • Completing tasks assigned by the National Project Manager accurately and efficiently.
    • Creating reports, analyze and interpret data like revenue, expenses, and competition.
    • Conducting regular audits.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • 2-5 years of experience in the industry or in previous management positions.
    • Exceptional time management abilities, including managing multiple calendars.
    • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with notable experience handling multiple projects and tasks.
    • Good administrative skills, including filing and document organization.
    • Excellent communication, including writing, email and memo creation, interpersonal communication and customer service.
    • Great active listening skills.
    • Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting abilities.
    • Fast problem-solving abilities.
    • Teamwork and collaboration.
    • Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
    • BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus.
