    Description
    What You'll Do:
    • Guide stakeholders through unique situations with thoughtful solutions
    • Regularly assess data for reliability using established dashboards and reports
    • Communicate complex data into comprehensive narratives
    • Ensure data integrity and accurate reporting of Intern progress
    • Understand interdependencies between functions and adapt accordingly
    • Manage intern check-ins, midpoint, and endpoint check-ins
    • Conduct exit interviews for interns
    • Oversee interns during their time at the company
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications or related field
    • Minimum 4 years of professional experience
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • 5+ years of recruiting experience
    • Experience with ICIMS or other ATS
    • University recruiting experience in fast-paced environments
    • Experience working with data to guide hiring decisions
    • Experience hiring in organizations promoting diversity

As a Contract Senior University Recruiter, you will collaborate with hiring managers to build teams and oversee interns during their tenure. You may also work on strategic projects to enhance talent acquisition processes.
