We're looking for a competitive, passionate, and goal-oriented Construction Sales Manager to join our fast-growing company. In this role, you'll be tasked with quickly and aggressively building a sales pipeline and developing a high-performance team.
You must be comfortable working as both a team player and a coach and possess the skills to produce sales as well as train and motivate a dynamic team towards success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit, Hire, and Train new Insurance and Retail Sales Reps.
- Maintain responsibility for performance of all sales activities within an assigned territory.
- Establish and strategically build a solid customer base.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a Sales team toward hitting specified sales goals.
- Set team goals and conduct quarterly performance reviews with all team members.
- Assist in collection of payments.
- Track Sales Reps and report goals, and progress.
- Report weekly to CEO and Management Team on sales production.
- Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals.
- Lead by example, using the established sales processes, and close a high percentage of the leads that you and your team generate.
- Quality Control
- Assist with client communication and address concerns.
- Continually analyze the sales process in an effort to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish sales reporting framework.
- Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions.
- Run appointments, inspections, and makes follow up calls.
- Assist with procuring subcontractors.
- Handle client issues as they arise.
- Achieve Weekly sales quota of new contracts.
Job Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 + years of sales experience in roofing industry and knowledge of construction and/or building materials
- 4 + years of team management experience
- Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships.

Pay Based on Experience
- Range $85$120k
