RN/LPN 2nd shift, short shifts weekdays
Holland Home of Grand Rapids, a 5-Star Skilled Nursing Facility

Responsibilities:
  • Work Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 6:30pm
  • 11pm
  • Deliver direct nursing care of assigned residents according to individual plan of care and in keeping with scope of practice and agency policies and procedures
  • Document resident information and nursing actions performed and resident response to care timely and appropriately
  • Manageable workloads, excellent staffing ratios
  • 2 weeks of orientation for new hires if you need more, just let us know

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Current and valid MI RN/LPN license
  • CPR certification
  • Prior experience with geriatrics preferred but not required as there is a lot of support on our units
  • Basic computer skills to chart in the EMR
