REPORTS TO:

Licensed Clinical Supervisor**We are eager to find clinicians who are looking for a place to grow & develop in a supportive environment that is dedicated to community-based therapy.


Therapists are responsible for providing all behavioral health services to a diverse client population & their families/significant others in the community.

Direct service responsibilities include individual/family therapy, diagnostic assessments, community support, discharge planning, interdisciplinary teamwork, community liaison, treatment planning, and groups & evidenced-based skill training for primary care clients.


Staff will participate in weekly group consultations, trainings, and staff development & have the opportunity to join our team in the creation of new clinical programming for the clientele in our communities.

Also provided is dedicated supervision time with your licensed clinical supervisor for individualized case consultation, hours for licensure, and professional development.


PRIMARY
DUTIES
AND
RESPONSIBILITIES _(other duties may be assigned)_

Able to travel to client's homes or surrounding area they are comfortable to receive therapy services

  • Develop and maintain an active caseload, providing individual, group, family, and adjunctive therapies as needed and within areas of expertise and limits of credentials; assure procurement of additional services as needed
  • Works with clients and staff in developing and implementing personcentered individual treatment plans that address psychological/behavioral issues
  • Collaborates with other service providers as necessary (i.e., inpatient psychiatrists, parole officers, and primary care physicians) through clientcentered consultation.
  • Attends all required staff organizational meetings and treatment planning meetings in order to facilitate an integrated, interdisciplinary team approach to service
  • Maintains compliance with all applicable practice standards and guidelines
  • Maintains client confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA requirements at all times

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team
  • Demonstrated psychosocial assessment, treatment planning, advocacy skills, and case management skills
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills
  • Creativity/flexibility on delivery of services
  • Clear understanding and sensitivity to serving a culturally diverse population.
  • Basic typing AND computer literacy skills
