New Union is looking for Traces Leavers (m/f/d) as a Surveying Engineer for urban development projects and land provision in our Department of Building Services, Division of Land Management, in full-time or part-time hours/week).

You will coordinate, organize and lead prominent urban development projects for urban renewal and settlement development. You will develop and monitor urban development investor projects. You will organize and carry out land reallocations. In redevelopment areas, you will take on coordination and complete processing.

You make a difference for us if you have a degree (Bachelor or equivalent) in surveying, geodesy, civil engineering, earth sciences, environmental sciences or an engineering degree with comparable content.

You have knowledge in project management and expertise in land management and land use planning. You work independently and in a structured manner. You enjoy working with people and are customer-oriented, service-oriented and cooperative. You are a strong communicator and enjoy working in a team.
