We are hiring a
Production Manager for our manufacturing facility located in
Robbinsville NJ.
This position is responsible for the efficient use of resources to ensure an effective manufacturing process to meet quality standards and production schedules.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the general safety and health of production employees
- Establishes and maintains excellent employee relations among all plant personnel
- Participates and shows a presence at all plant production and management meetings
- Creates and organizes weekly production schedules to meet demands
- Plans implements and delegates production line changes to maintain an efficient production flow
- Ensures and inspects daily production to verify customer and company standards and specifications are being met on all products produced within facility
- Maintains constant improvement in making quality products reducing costs and following good manufacturing practices (GMP)
- Participates and supports Global Food Safety Initiatives programs implementation and compliance
- Manages trains and develops subordinates
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years related experience
- Effective supervisor skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read analyze and interpret technical procedures or governmental regulations.
- Ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions and make effective decisions.
- Knowledge of USDA FDA and BRC regulations preferred.
- Basic computer skills and ability to generate and maintain reports.
