We specialize in the scheduling of complex investment and maintenance projects. We use the tools Oracle Primavera and, in exceptional cases, MS Project.

Areas of responsibility

After a multi-week training phase on the tool (unless you are already an expert), you will be deployed in one of our customer projects and gradually introduced to your task. After successful training, you will independently maintain an existing schedule by continuously querying progress from project stakeholders and entering it into the tool. You will then generate the desired reports from Primavera, either in Excel and PowerPoint or directly in Power BI, based on the respective reporting data.

Qualifications

Technical education

IT affinity

MS Office knowledge (advanced)

Optional: Experience in plant construction (e.g. chemical, pharmaceutical, power plant construction, refinery)
