- Develop and maintain alumni relations for the promotion of the program
- Represent the university and its athletics program with honesty, integrity and sportsmanship at all times, to various institutional programs and students, parents and families, the general public, alumni and external agencies.

- Serve as lead compliance officer on issues related to athletic compliance and student-athlete eligibility
- Monitor and enforce NCAA progress toward a degree requirements
- Maintain constant communication with Head Coaches regarding student-athlete academics
- Oversee all NCAA compliance meetings and issues for all intercollegiate athletic teams and successful completion of all NCAA required paperwork
- Responsible for moderating the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).
- Track the academic progress of all student-athletes and provide the necessary academic resources available throughout campus
- Responsible for educating and training coaches and staff on all aspects of the rules and regulations for compliance within the current national affiliation
- Conduct an orientation program that provides information on Athletic Department policies and procedures for new departmental employees
- Strategize ways to support and manage gender equity and Title IX plans and issues
- Serve as mentor for the cheerleading team
- Create an environment that acknowledges, encourages and celebrates differences
- Performs responsibilities as Game Manager as assigned
- Organize the annual All-Sports Banquet; implement the selection process for awards given at the Banquet.
- Organize a fall-athlete social during preseason
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics and Recreation
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of three years as a Head Coach in soccer at the High School/Club Level or NCAA coaching experience
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Basic computer skills i.e. Microsoft Office, Outlook
- Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle, valid drivers license, motor vehicle license check required
- NCAA College Head Coaching in soccer experience preferred
