Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Monitor and interpret regulatory developments and communicate potential impact to stakeholders
  • Lead interactions with regulatory agencies, including submissions, meetings, and negotiations
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide regulatory guidance on product development and market entry
  • Manage regulatory submissions, filings, and approvals
  • Conduct regulatory training for internal teams
  • Stay current on industry trends and changes in regulations

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Proven experience in regulatory affairs within the [industry]
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate effectively with regulatory agencies
  • Experience in legal drafting and strategic planning
  • Familiarity with public relations and social media management

Pay:
$130, $150,000.00 per year
