Recognized career changers (m/f/d) for Berlin's daycares

Your tasks as
Recognized career changers (m/f/d):

  • You support the educators in the daily routine of the daycare and may independently and responsibly care for the children
  • You care for, promote, and educate the children according to the Berlin educational program in the nursery or elementary area
  • You actively participate in shaping the daily routine of the daycare and inspire the children with new games and activities
    You provide assistance wherever needed and patiently respond to the individual needs of the children:
  • You promote the children's language and motor skills
  • You support in organizing and implementing excursions

Your profile as
Recognized career changers (m/f/d):

  • As a minimum requirement, you have the recognition from the Senate Administration for career changers, regardless of whether you come from qualified professions or are otherwise suitable
  • You do not need any professional experience, only the abovementioned recognition
