Description

Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings

Requirements:


  • Fluent in Spanish and English (both verbal and written communication)
  • Previous experience in healthcare or mental care administration/recruiting
  • Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to help others
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Must be able to work in person at our office location

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Experience using recruiting software or applicant tracking systems
  • Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and compliance standards
