The Infor CloudSuite HCM/Payroll Lead provides strategic advice to solve problems, create value, improve growth and maximize business efficiency and profitability through the configuration and use of technology tools.
They act as a partner with the customer's project team to leverage solutions providing guidance and knowledge to the team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise on Infor CloudSuite Payroll/HCM Functional Projects individually or as part of a team, during implementation, upgrade, or optimization projects
- Work collaboratively to capture design and document requirements, test functional and/or technical configurations and development in support of project objectives
- Provide guidance and insight in the analysis of customer business requirements, mentoring less experienced consultants
- Lead and/or participate in design workshops and presentations to facilitate improvement efforts within the implementation timeline
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years Infor Payroll CloudSuite consulting or equivalent work experience desired and relevant ERP product certification(s)
- Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, and Infor ERP Solutions
