Position Description:

Are you interested in learning about the IT solutions that enable a broadcasting company to go on air? Do you want to get a behind-the-scenes look at the media industry while also building a career in the IT world? Then join our team

Our dira product family supports all workflows in radio, video, and online journalism: from production and management of content, to scheduling and broadcasting, to post-production, archiving, and billing.

Together with your colleagues, you will help media companies optimize their workflows with dira. You will support your colleagues in the implementation and maintenance of productive systems, as well as in testing modules.

In this role, you will be part of one of CGI's largest business areas:
Communications - Media - Utilities.


Your future duties and responsibilities:


  • With the help of your colleagues, you will develop a deep understanding of our dira product suite.
  • Your main task will be to conduct customeroriented tests of our dira modules.
  • You will also assist with the technical implementation and maintenance of our dira systems for our clients and inhouse.
  • Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the requirements management for further product
