Overview:

Responsible for general maintenance of campus to include plumbing, electrical, telephone, cable and lighting.

Qualifications and Job Skills:

Must have 1 or more years' experience working as a maintenance tech in an apartment complex setting. Must have experience in general maintenance duties in same setting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Be alert and active in supporting The Village's commitment to safe practices, our vision, mission, and company philosophy;

Communication with the Director of Maintenance.
General plumbing including drain cleaning, maintenance and repair.
Electrical repair and maintenance.
Carpentry fabrication and repair.
Telephone and cable repair and maintenance.
Drywall repair and painting.
Preventative maintenance on all equipment and building.
Completing apartment readiness.
Follows oncall schedule rotation voluntary
