YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Together with a property manager, you are responsible for the management of residential and commercial properties, as well as condominium and co-ownership communities.
  • Your tasks include processing incoming terminations, organizing and conducting viewing appointments, and re-renting properties.
  • Assisting with apartment handovers and takeovers.
  • Daily communication with tenants, craftsmen, and facility management.
  • Obtaining tenant references, preparing rental offers, rental contracts, and addendums.
  • Responsible for creating and placing advertisements, and providing support in preparing monthly reports and checking and posting invoices.
  • Assisting with condominium and co-ownership meetings and taking minutes.
