Description
Hines is a global real estate manager, developer, and investor. The company was founded by Gerald D. Hines and is currently active in 30 countries. Hines manages €87 billion in high-performing assets in the residential, logistics, retail, office, and mixed-use segments. The local teams oversee 790 properties worldwide, totaling approximately 25 million square meters. Hines has set a net-zero carbon goal for 2040 without the use of emission certificates for compensation. We are currently seeking a Property Manager (m/f/d) for our location in Munich.


Your responsibilities will include:
managing the operational and commercial aspects of our commercial properties. You will work closely with our technical and asset managers to strategically develop the property. This includes providing excellent tenant service and support in developing an innovative property management platform.

You will also be responsible for proactive contract management, including leasing, service, and maintenance contracts, as well as monitoring and managing accounting processes.

You will identify and implement development opportunities and cost reduction possibilities for the properties under your management.

Additionally, you will create initial property budgets and coordinate with the asset management team, assist in creating business plans, reporting, and controlling, support in leasing activities, and assist in developing marketing strategies and measures, as well as amenity services.

You will also be responsible for creating project reports in both German and English and preparing decision templates for owners.
