Responsibilities:

You Will:

Design and implement a service training program
Create instructional materials are up to the latest best practices and fit our brand
Proactively looks for and drive improvements to instructing, mentoring and coaching
Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
Analyze service and warranty assessments, compile reports, and provide informed feedback
Identify key gaps in service and warranty knowledge across service teams
Ensure training and documentation compiles with all federal and state regulatory guidelines
Attend manager meetings and performance evaluations as requested

Qualifications:

You Bring:

Bachelors in Engineering preferred
High School Diploma required
A minimum of 6 years' experience with HD trucks (class 8)
A minimum of 2 years' teaching experience
Some knowledge of high voltage systems is a plus
Previous experience in a mechanic role is a plus
Understanding of fleet carrier dynamics
Effective, professional communication skills, up & down stream
Ability to travel as needed
