C4 Advanced Tactical Systems, LLC (CATS) is a certified Build to Print, U.S. manufacturer specializing in complex and precision products. We provide many services including manufacturing, integration/testing, environmental testing, quality assurance, and logistics services.

Our primary focus is on quality and customer satisfaction. We are ITAR compliant and welcome FMF contracts and pass-through procurement for U.S. origin products.

CATS 90,000 square foot modern facility is in Central Florida, minutes from Orlando International Airport. Our facility includes a spacious office area, five production clean rooms, high-bay area and ERP integrated warehouse.


Job Summary
The Expediter will coordinate with supplier, Buyers and Program Managers on expected delivery timelines. Monitor supplier's production and give observations regarding supplier's processes and progress.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain production schedules for ongoing projects, assign materials and Crew members to reduce cost, boost productivity and prevent delays that can affect delivery.
• Monitor project delivery timelines.
• Check status of orders, and ensure merchandise supplies and equipment re forwarded on specified shipping dates.
• Maintains records of goods on order, along with requested shipping dates, monitors notices from suppliers to eliminate delays.
• Communicate with vendors to request requisition of materials.
• Collaborate with Buyers and Program Managers for updates on delivery timelines.
• Monitor suppliers to assure C4 jobs are on schedule.
• Acquire and provide to C4 management professional feedback on supplier's performance.

Education and/or Experience

• Five years of related experience
• CPIM or CPM a plus
• PMP, FARS, and DFARS a plus
• Syteline ERP or equivalent a must

Work Environment/ Corporate Culture

• The work environment is in the office and travel to suppliers.
• 5% desk work/preparation, 20% walking and standing while interfacing with Manufacturing and others and travel to vendors 75%.
