These include:

managing funds from various financial sources of the School of Medicine and Health, including calculating budgets for individual institutions and monitoring them coordinating and conducting meetings of the Planning Commission for Study Grants, developing distribution concepts, and managing funds evaluations of research and teaching performance that become necessary in connection with budgetary issues, as well as creating and maintaining corresponding statistics and reports processing personnel inquiries and hiring processes managing purchase orders and processing and booking invoices collaborating on model calculations, e.g.

for the further development of the current budget distribution model, and other project management tasks in the School Office
