D YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensuring the proper technical condition of the technical systems under your care
  • Independent inspections, maintenance and testing of building systems (heating / air conditioning / ventilation / plumbing)
  • Conducting control rounds and inspections, as well as proactive repairs and maintenance
  • Assisting and supporting with technical operations for our clients
  • Digital documentation of completed tasks using mobile devices (e.g. maintenance reports)

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Technical education, such as Anlagenmechaniker HKLS / Mechatroniker Kältetechnik / Zentralheizungs- und Lüftungsbauer / Gas-Wasserinstallateur
