Perform opening and closing duties, such as organizing supplies and necessary tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc.

Check with captain or supervisor before leaving at the end of the shift. Organize, stock, and maintain work areas. Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies. Remove all dirty items from bar surface and tables. Keep work areas, bar, bar furniture, tables, and other tools clean and in good condition, following established guidelines.


Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications.

Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Maintain confidentiality of company information; protect company assets. Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect. Assist team members in achieving common goals. Meet quality assurance expectations and standards.
