For our client Sanofi, a large pharmaceutical company in Frankfurt/Höchst, we are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) Supply Chain to join our team.
What we offer:
- Processing of customer orders in SAP
- Needs analysis using various supply planning tools
- Transport planning and management
- Generation of transport and export documentation
- Creation of KPI reports and analyses
- Handling of complaints and returns
- Creation of credit and debit notes
Your responsibilities:
- Completed degree with a focus on Supply Chain/Logistics or a comparable education
- Professional experience in the relevant field
- Positive reliability check by the Federal Aviation Office (ZÜP) required
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and SAP SD, MM, FI
- Fluent in German and English
- Teamwork, customer orientation, and organizational management skills
