For our client Sanofi, a large pharmaceutical company in Frankfurt/Höchst, we are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) Supply Chain to join our team.

What we offer:

  • Processing of customer orders in SAP
  • Needs analysis using various supply planning tools
  • Transport planning and management
  • Generation of transport and export documentation
  • Creation of KPI reports and analyses
  • Handling of complaints and returns
  • Creation of credit and debit notes

Your responsibilities:

  • Completed degree with a focus on Supply Chain/Logistics or a comparable education
  • Professional experience in the relevant field
  • Positive reliability check by the Federal Aviation Office (ZÜP) required
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and SAP SD, MM, FI
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Teamwork, customer orientation, and organizational management skills
