BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an
Intake Specialist to join our outstanding and compassionate team

Intake Specialist Responsibilities

Provides emergency psychiatric evaluations for all persons of all ages in the Hospitals Emergency Center.
Handles all requests for all psychiatric services from other agencies, individuals or other departments.
Maintains statistics related to Intake Services.
Provides clinical reviews for managed care organizations when not involved with E.C. responsibilities.
Provides basic psychiatric care to adult and geriatric patients on Inpatient psychiatric units.

Requirements:

BLS (Basic Life Support)
High School or Equivalent

Preferred

Bachelors Healthcare/Psychology

Required Experience:

1 year Psychology

Preferred
- 3 Years Psychology
