About us:

The Department of Building Construction manages all properties of the Free State of Bavaria and the Federal Republic of Germany in the Bavarian Lower Main region, as well as church buildings and the Bavarian representations in Berlin and Brussels.

The Department of Road Construction plans, builds and manages federal and state roads in the city of Aschaffenburg and in the districts of Aschaffenburg and Miltenberg, as well as county roads in the district of Miltenberg.

Our Technical Management (Contract Department) is responsible for organizing and conducting procurement procedures for construction, supply and service contracts, as well as services provided by architects and engineers for both departments.

We are looking for a Diplom Engineer (m/f/d) (FH) or Bachelor in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Industrial Engineering to join our Technical Management (Contract Department) on October 1, 2024 in a part-time position.


Your responsibilities:
Conducting procurement procedures and assisting with contract amendments for contracts with freelance service providers (e.g. architecture or engineering firms).


Your qualifications:

Successfully completed degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering from a university of applied sciences (FH) or Bachelor's degree Knowledge of procurement and contract management for freelance services (e.g.

VgV, HOAI, VHF) Proficient in MS Office software Independent, proactive, and organized Team player Confident
