Join our rapidly growing team at a leading fintech company focused on serving the insurance and banking industries in Columbus Grove. We are seeking an exceptional, energetic, and determined sales executive to join us and help drive our growth by establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships with top-tier insurance prospects in the DACH region.

As the Sales Director for DACH, you will identify customer business objectives, needs, and challenges related to the Earnix platform and demonstrate how our suite of products aligns with the vision of insurance carriers.

What you will do:

Manage the entire sales process from start to finish.
Initiate contact, qualify potential clients, define value propositions for various business units, conduct product demonstrations, respond to RFPs, prepare proposals, and close deals.
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders in Professional Services, Product, Technical, and other departments to deliver solutions for clients.

You will use:

At least 5 years of successful sales experience in the insurance industry.
A strong understanding of the current operations of insurance companies and their need to adapt to the digital transformation happening across all industries.
The ability to lead a deal from initial contact to final sale with a passion for hunting new business.
Experience working with remote global teams.
