Your responsibilities:

Support in our OPEX topics: from concept development to implementation
Independently manage internal and external subprojects
Assist in researching, piloting, and implementing tools
Continuously improve our existing tool landscape
Maintain and develop templates for Microsoft Office (PowerPoint/Excel/Word)
Create new templates and integrate new functions (VBA/XML/Python/Java/JavaScript)

Required skills:

Aboveaverage performance in business informatics, information technology, engineering, industrial engineering, or similar degree programs
Excellent knowledge of German and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Automotive affinity, experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
Analytical, structured, and implementationoriented approach to work
Strong programming skills in VBA, Python, and XML
