Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing personnel assignments and supporting employees in customer assignments
Screening applications, conducting initial interviews, and handling administrative tasks
Maintaining close communication with the management team

What we're looking for:

Completed commercial training or a degree in HR/Personnel
Several years of experience in personnel management preferred
Open and communicative personality
Independent, structured, and serviceoriented work style
Knowledge of current trends in recruiting, personnel marketing, and employee retention, with a focus on target group analysis
