Entry Level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to grow a revolutionary new product for the pharmaceutical industry.

The Role:


The
Entry Level SDR will play a crucial role in driving business growth by generating leads and setting appointments for our Business Development team.

The
Entry Level SDR will effectively communicate with potential clients, engaging them in meaningful conversations to build awareness of the Victory Value.

This is a role for a high performer looking to grow with the company and/or entry


This role is ideal for someone with a passion for research, prospecting, cultivating relationships, and tracking customer information, as well as the desire to develop a masterful understanding of services and products within the pharmaceutical marketing space.


Top Responsibilities:


  • Tracking and Following Up on Leads
  • Communicating with Csuite and Dlevel executives
  • Cultivating Relationships with Potential Customers
  • Appointment Setting for the Business Development Team
  • Customer Service

Prospecting & Customer Service:


  • Source and cultivate leads
  • Research and identify sales targets
  • Verify information on prospect lists
  • Make calls per day
  • Close 4 meetings per month
  • Master understanding of company products and services to present to potential clients
  • Answer sales questions about company services and products
  • Convey value proposition to potential customers and build awareness for the Victory Value
  • Use consultative sales process, probing for customer information and barriers
  • Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and secure appointments
  • Cultivate relationships with customers

Appointment Setting & Tracking:


  • Schedule appointments for Business Development team
  • Capture and track prospecting activity and customer information in CRM
  • Enter detailed call notes in CRM for others to read and understand
  • Collaborate with Business Development team to ensure smooth handoff of leads
  • Assist with creation of decks for pitch calls
  • Attend pitch meetings as needed

Opportunities to Grow within the Company:

  • Work with social media team on strategy and post ideas
  • Assist with management of ecommerce for shelf talkers
  • Help develop Sales & Marketing plans for new products
  • Assist with event planning and sales meetings as needed
  • Learn the business from all angles

  • Eloquent speaker able to communicate with Csuite and Dlevel executives at pharmaceutical companies

Background/Experience/Skills:


  • 13 years of experience in lead generation, sales, customer service, or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience and/or confidence in speaking with Csuite and Dlevel executives
  • Experience connecting with people and cultivating relationships
  • Goal driven with ability to meet targets and deadlines
  • Experience working in a fastpaced environment
  • Experience influencing, persuading, and negotiating
  • Has solid knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Has solid knowledge of CRM platforms (or quick study)
  • Product marketing a plus
  • Familiarity with Pharmaceutical industry a plus
