Social Insurance Specialist

Do you enjoy working closely with customers, variety, and challenges? In our three-year training program to become a social insurance specialist, you will gain extensive specialized knowledge and learn how to confidently interact with our customers in practice.

The training program begins in Karlsruhe or Stuttgart-Freiberg with groups of approximately five trainees, led by full-time trainers. In addition, the vocational school will provide you with general basics for your profession.

After completing your training, a secure job with modern equipment and flexible working hours awaits you. You will tackle diverse tasks in pension, rehabilitation, and insurance matters, mostly using digital tools. You will work independently in small teams and regularly interact with our customers. If you perform well during your training and in practice, you can also participate in our internal advanced training programs.
