Description

SPITZKE. Shaping in interconnected dimensions.

We are a strong group of companies with around 2,300 employees at 18 locations in Germany and Europe. Together, we shape Europe's railway infrastructure and drive it forward. As a system supplier for rail-based mobility, we create new connections every day: for long-distance and regional trains as well as for S-Bahn and U-Bahn trains, trams or industrial railways - from planning and execution to new construction, maintenance and repair. To do this, we bundle and network our competencies in track, technology, equipment/electrical engineering, major projects/civil engineering, logistics and production. Exciting challenges and diverse tasks are always part of our work: Under one roof, we combine 130 job profiles and around 20 apprenticeships.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Support: During the 3-year apprenticeship, you will support our teams on track construction machines and ensure the safety of rail traffic with them.
  • Technology: You will also get to know our modern fleet of over 100 machines: from track laying trains to locomotives, everything is included. In addition to handling and maintaining these construction machines, you will also learn how to work with surveying equipment.
  • Teamwork: You will work in the workshop and on our construction sites throughout
