ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


Serve on branch leadership team and function as an expert in aquatics and as a trusted advisor by providing direction for aquatic center specific innovative growth and advancement.

Develop and manage the annual budgets.

Directly manage Aquatic Coordinator to facilitate Safety Around Water Program.

Ensure certifications are maintained and updated for all aquatic staff

Follow Association guidelines for program sessions.

Schedule Association-wide safety certification trainings such as: Lifeguarding, CPR, AED, First Aid, and licensed programming.


Pay:
$46, $52,000.00 per hour
