Professionally greet clients and guests

  • Answer phones and efficiently direct calls
  • Respond to client questions and concerns
  • Manage calendar, schedule appointments, and accurately enter client data

Qualifications:


  • Some college preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years in customer service, preferably front office
  • Must have data entry and phone experience
  • Reliable, professional, computer literate, and friendly
  • Must be eligible to work in the US and pass a background check
  • Bilingual Spanishspeaking a plus

Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour
