Description
Professionally greet clients and guests- Answer phones and efficiently direct calls
- Respond to client questions and concerns
- Manage calendar, schedule appointments, and accurately enter client data
Qualifications:
- Some college preferred
- Minimum of 5 years in customer service, preferably front office
- Must have data entry and phone experience
- Reliable, professional, computer literate, and friendly
- Must be eligible to work in the US and pass a background check
- Bilingual Spanishspeaking a plus
