    Join the North Point Team as a Front Desk Agent who embodies NPH Guest Service Principles by warmly welcoming guests, managing business transactions, and promptly addressing guest needs and requests.

    Essential Functions:

    • Warmly greets and welcomes arriving guests.
    • Manages guest check-in, check-out, and billing processes.
    • Handles guest information and inquiries professionally and promptly.
    • Meets all service requirements and adheres to company policies and procedures.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • High School diploma.
    • Desired 1-year experience in hotel front desk.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Customer service-oriented with a friendly demeanor.
    • Proficient in computers.
    • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to handle challenging situations calmly.

    Work Environment:

    Professional setting requiring business-casual attire or professional uniform. Strong communication skills essential for interactions with both internal and external customers.

    Physical Demands: Close vision, repetitive motion, bending, standing (up to 8 hours), walking, reaching, occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
