Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting managers in all personnelrelated matters
  • Preparing payroll for commercial and industrial employees
  • Developing and implementing tailored HR strategies for employee retention and development
  • Planning, organizing, and conducting personnel development measures
  • Actively shaping personnel marketing and employer branding
  • Creating HR reports for continuous improvement of HR strategy and processes

Your profile:

  • Completed training with further education or degree in human resources, business administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in HR in a similar position, ideally in a company with its own production
  • Solid knowledge of labor law and personnel marketing
  • Knowledge of wage tax, social security, and labor law
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and assertiveness
  • Teamoriented work style and high social competence
  • Analytical thinking and strategic approach
  • Experience with time management systems such as Aida
