    This is an outpatient-only opportunity with strong clinical support, immediate patient volume, and academic teaching opportunities.


    Position Highlights:
    Outpatient-only endocrinology practiceJoin team of 2 physicians and 5 ARNPsVery busy, established practice with instant volumeMinimal call - phone call onlyFull-spectrum endocrinology including: - Diabetes management (Type I & II) - Pump and sensor therapy - Diabetes education and medical nutrition therapy - Pump starts - Weight management servicesTeaching opportunities with Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residents, ARNP/PA students, and medical studentsRequirements:Board Certified or Board Eligible in EndocrinologyEligible for Iowa medical licensureCompensation & Benefits:Base salary: $286,989 annually$100,000 bonus packageUp to $15,000 relocation allowanceBenefits begin day one of employment$6,000 annual CME allowanceHealth, dental, and vision insuranceShort- and long-term disability coverageRetirement plans: 403(b) and 457(b) with employer matchPaid malpractice insurance with tail coverageGenerous PTO package
