    MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center has an excellent opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to join an established practice located in Mason City, Iowa.

    MercyOne Obstetrics & Gynecology - Mason CityBusy practice with instant volumeBoth full-time and part-time available - very flexible schedulingJoin the team of three OBGYNs and one ARNPApproximately five days of call/monthNewly remodeled clinic located on our main campus- close proximity to labor & delivery, lab, pharmacy, and Radiology with access to Perinatology consultation.

    Operating Room block time available five days a week specifically for OB/GYN Surgeons, including Robotic availability.

    Level II Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) staffed 24-hours by Pediatric Hospitalists and NICU Nurses with access to an on-site blood bank.

    In-house specialists available for consultation/collaboration in patient care, i.e., Cardiology, Orthopedics, Reconstructive Surgery, Anesthesiology, etc.

    RECRUITMENT PACKAGE A competitive compensation and full benefits package are being offered for the right candidate including:2-year income guarantee $400,000 per year plus, productivity incentives (for full-time)$250,000 bonus package (for full-time)
