MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center has an excellent opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to join an established practice located in Mason City, Iowa.

MercyOne Obstetrics & Gynecology - Mason City
Busy practice with instant volume
Both full-time and part-time available - very flexible scheduling
Join the team of three OBGYNs and one ARNP
Approximately five days of call/month

Newly remodeled clinic located on our main campus- close proximity to labor & delivery, lab, pharmacy, and Radiology with access to Perinatology consultation.

Operating Room block time available five days a week specifically for OB/GYN Surgeons, including Robotic availability.

Level II Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) staffed 24-hours by Pediatric Hospitalists and NICU Nurses with access to an on-site blood bank.

In-house specialists available for consultation/collaboration in patient care, i.e., Cardiology, Orthopedics, Reconstructive Surgery, Anesthesiology, etc.

BC/BE Must be board certified within 3 years of becoming eligible

RECRUITMENT PACKAGE
A competitive compensation and full benefits package are being offered for the right candidate including:2-year income guarantee $400,000 per year plus, productivity incentives (for full-time)
$250,000 bonus package (for full-time)
Moving allowance up to $15,000 (for full-time)
34 days of PTO when on base; 40 days PTO when on production (for full-time)
Annual CME - $5,500
