Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Private Duty LVN in Santa Maria, CA. The Private Duty LVN will work as part of a healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care to a 5 year old pediatric patient. Care includes administering medications, g-tube feeding, monitoring patients' vital signs, parent education and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to assess and address patients' needs. The Private Duty LVN must also maintain accurate patient records and be responsible for communicating effectively with patients, families, and caregivers.
