- AM (7am-3pm) PM (3 pm - 11 pm) and NOC (11 pm - 7 am) shifts available
- Pass medications with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain equipment and supplies for treatments, including topical medications, and ensure the treatment cart is fully stocked at all times.
- Ensure physicians are notified of any new conditions or patients requiring services.
- Maintain weekly documentation including head to toe skin assessments, non-pressure, and pressure ulcer records, with accurate measurements and descriptions.
- Work effectively with CNAs, other nurses, and other department
- Valid and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Excellent knowledge of nursing principles and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a long-term care or post-acute care setting is preferred
- Current CPR certification
